Workplace Description
The Adult Area includes the units for dependency care, social psychiatry, disability support, and economic assistance. You will be one of three administrators working in the area, currently organized under the Area Manager.

Your role
In your role as an administrator, you will primarily work with invoice management, purchasing of goods and services, rights administration, user fees, and sick leave pay. You may also work with other administrative tasks related to the operations and department. The work is carried out both individually and together with colleagues. We actively work with a learning organization and developing our own operations, and you are expected to take an active part in the development of methods and working practices within the administrative area.
Your skills and experience
Requirements for skills are:
- Minimum upper secondary education, preferably with an economic/administrative focus.
- Current experience of administrative work within the authority operations of social services.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Current experience with administrative tasks in Agresso and the documentation system Paraplyet.
- Current experience in creating and compiling data in Excel and PowerPoint.
